Sepideh Ramandi is an associate in the real estate and financial services departments of Brattys LLP.
Sepideh’s practice includes a broad range of commercial real estate and land development matters, with a particular emphasis on the development of condominium and subdivision projects, land acquisitions and dispositions, project financing, and commercial leasing. Sepideh also works with the firm’s financial services group, representing various financial institutions in commercial lending transactions.
