Overview
Michael C. Volpatti (“Michael”) is the co-managing partner of Brattys LLP. Equipped with a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Laws in Real Property Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, along with over 30 years of legal experience, Michael is a distinguished real estate lawyer recognized by the city’s most accomplished real estate professionals.
Michael practices in the areas of commercial real estate and financial services. He expertly handles all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and syndication, with a strong focus on mixed-use condominium development and commercial real estate lending. Michael is a trusted advisor to institutional and entrepreneurial purchasers, vendors, lenders, and developers. Michael is highly regarded for providing sound, practical solutions to complex commercial real estate matters, including commercial, residential, industrial, and senior living projects.
Outside of work, Michael is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and sits on the board of directors for a local long-term care facility.
