Daniel Botelho

Overview

Daniel P. Botelho (“Daniel”) is the co-managing partner of Brattys LLP. With over 20 years of experience in land development and commercial real estate law, Daniel has established himself as the counsel of choice for many of Ontario’s most prominent real estate builders and developers. 

Daniel’s practice focuses on condominium and freehold developments, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing. Daniel has extensive experience working on prominent condominium developments in the heart of Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. In addition to real estate development work, Daniel handles various portfolio transactions involving retail, commercial, and industrial properties. Daniel also represents financial institutions and borrowers in loan transactions and provides commercial leasing services to landlords and tenants in large, medium, and small-scale developments.

Daniel returned to Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011 and completed his Master of Laws (LLM), specializing in Real Property Law. Daniel’s education, expertise, and specialization allow him to offer his clients the highest level of service in both traditional developments and emerging areas of the development industry.
